2. We will send you a personalized quote tailored to your needs by email.

3. Please review your quote and if changes are necessary, please notify us. We will gladly apply them until you are satisfied.

4. Once you're satisfied, a $30 fee will be charged to "close the deal" and initiate server creation. At that point, you'll be asked to provide additional details, such as the IDs of each radio and the number of groups to be configured.

5. Once everything is set, we’ll schedule a virtual session to help you program your equipment. We’ll either send you your QR codes or guide you step-by-step through the device setup process.

6. Once the process is complete and your new system is up and running, we’ll collect the remaining balance as quoted. From that moment on, you’ll be able to enjoy full access to the service.

Whether your plan is monthly or annual, our support stays with you. As your business grows and your radio fleet changes, we’ll be right there to update IDs, manage channels, and keep everything running smoothly.
